How do I find my size?

How do I wash my gear?
Hand wash cold with mild soap, lay flat to dry. No bleach, ironing or tumble drying.
Usage & Safety
How long can I wear a support each day?
Start with 1–2 hours and build up as comfortable. Remove it if you feel numbness, tingling or increased pain.
Can I sleep in it?
We recommend removing compression supports overnight unless a healthcare professional advises otherwise.
Is ActiveFix a medical treatment?
No. Our products support comfort and mobility and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to a healthcare professional about injuries.
